Each spring and fall, the Johann Fust Library Foundation conducts a used book sale in the library loggia. Island residents turn out in the hundreds to shop for books. The proceeds of the sale support the JF Library Foundation mission.
Last week, the Spring Book Sale took place on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. It was a great success. The Foundation would like to thank the Book Sale Chairs: Betsey Hall, Joanne Hall and Melissa Csank and all of the wonderful volunteers who generously donated their time. We would also like to thank the kind people who donated books and those who shopped the sale.
