‘Five Women’ show their stuff at annual art show

The annual Five Women Art Show at the Boca Grande Art Center was held on Thursday, Feb. 21, with many in attendance to check out the ladies’ wares. Top left, Esther Jensen displayed her amazing glasswork. Top right, the crowd at the reception mingled and enjoyed hors d’oeuvres. Center left, Sue Shaffer and her art. The Boca Grande Art Center’s next show is the “Photography as Art” Camera Club exhibit which begins on Friday, March 1 with an opening reception at 7 p.m., and continues on Saturday and Sunday, March 2 and 3, from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
