Annual Green Gala planned for March 25 to feature a Polynesian theme

Calling all islanders: Get ready to hula and celebrate the spirit of “aloha,” Boca Grande style. The 23rd annual Barrier Island Parks Society Green Gala is planned for Monday, March 25, and the theme this year is “Call of the Islands – Polynesian Show and Dancing.”
Guests will enjoy a feast for the senses under the tent at the Boca Bay Pass Club along with savory cuisine, a silent auction, dancing and a cash bar.
Attire will be tropical casual.
Music will begin at 5:30 p.m.
The cost is $150 per person ($75 is tax-deductible).

Event sponsorship and reserved tables of 10 are available.
Proceeds will benefit the Barrier Island Parks Society, a 501(c)3 non-profit citizen support organization whose mission is to inspire the exploration and preservation of our natural and historical resources. The organization supports the Port Boca Grande Lighthouse and Museum and four associated state parks.
