First, let us tell you what IS open. South Beach is always open. Sisters Restaurant is open every day except for Monday, but it will close on August 29 and won’t re-open again until the second week of October.

The Pink Pony is open as well, but it will be closing from the 17th to the 29th of September. Hudson’s Grocery is open most days until 4:30 p.m. (Saturday closed at 4 p.m.), but their staff will be taking a hiatus sometime in October.

The Inn Bakery is open, but it will be closing for a week beginning September 21.

You can also get sandwiches at Kappy’s Market at the north end.

This is The Temptation’s last weekend for the summer. It will be closing after dinner on Saturday, Aug. 15 and will re-open on Thursday, Oct. 8.

The Pink Elephant is currently closed for remodeling until sometime in mid-September. Oh, truffle fries, we pine for thee.

The Loose Caboose is open, but it will close on September 8 and won’t re-open again for approximately a month.

The Outlet is open now, but will close from September 14 through September 21.

So gather your lunches while ye may; it may seem slow now, but wait until next month.
