Barrier Island Parks Society is holding their celebration of the lighting of the Port Boca Grande Lighthouse on Saturday, Dec. 13 with events starting at 5:30 p.m., 880 Belcher Road, Boca Grande. Entertainment, appetizers and wine/beer bar. BIPS.org
