Noy’s (Patrick’s) opening date change

■ STAFF REPORT Remember last week when we said that Patrick Vollmer’s new “Asian fusion” restaurant called Noy’s Bistro and Lounge on Gasparilla Road at San Domingo Blvd. would open October 13? Well, let’s try for October 20-ish this time. After ironing out a few issues, Patrick said you should have your sushi very soon.
