Bombenger named as 2021 recipient of Jay Joiner belt buckle

According to Capt. Waylon Mills, president of the Boca Grande Fishing Guides Association, Capt. Chad Bombenger will receive the 2021 Jay Joiner Memorial Belt Buckle.
