William Henry Regnery II of Boca Grande, Florida died peacefully at home on July 2 , surrounded by his loving family. William, age 81, fought courageously against cancer. He will be forever missed.

Beloved husband of Judith (née Page-Timson), loving father to Robert (Pamela) Regnery, William T (Christi) Regnery, David (LeighAnn) Regnery, William F Regnery, Johanna (Michael) Durkin, Jonathan (Lorraine) Regnery. Proud grandfather of Emily Regnery, Andrew Regnery, Jake Regnery, Elisabeth Regnery, Michael Regnery, William Regnery, Matthew Regnery, Charles Durkin, John Durkin, Gertrude Durkin, Cole (Laura) Regnery, Phoebe (Travis) Hughes, Tate Regnery.

Brother to Peter B. (Barbara) Regnery and Patrick (Debbie) Regnery; Preceded in death by his parents William and Elisabeth Regnery, sister Anne Regnery and brother David Regnery. Loving brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend to many.

William was recently confirmed Catholic and became a member of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church in Boca Grande, Florida. His faith provided strength in his final days. The family will always be thankful for Father

Carosella, Hope Hospice caregivers, and the wonderful nurses that supported Bill through his difficult journey.

A Memorial Service will be held at Bronswood Cemetery in Oak Brook, Illinois at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks a donation be made to Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church or Hope Hospice of Lee County.
