To the Editor: I could not agree more with Jane Shanley about the insufferable noise and pollution from gas-powered leafblowers. If I had my way, they would be banned from the Island! We at Seagrape Colony are attempting to do something about it by ordering a battery-powered blower to be used by our landscape service. […]
