Each spring and fall, the Johann Fust Library Foundation conducts a used book sale in the library loggia. Island residents turn out in the hundreds to shop for books. The proceeds from the sale support the JF Library Foundation mission.
Last week, the fall book sale took place on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. It was a great success. The Foundation would like to thank the Book Sale Chair, Melissa Csank, longtime Co-Chairs Betsy Hall and Joanne Hall and all of the wonderful volunteers who, once again, generously donated their time.
We would also like to thank the kind people who donated books and those who shopped at the sale.
