Residents continue to report issues with their postal delivery in Boca Grande.
There are several methods to report complaints, including the United States Postal Service itself, our congressional representatives and the U.S.P.S. and its Office of the Inspector General.
- Congress: One suggestion offered by users on island is to make complaints known via the website of U.S. Rep. Byron Donalds, at donalds.house.gov. There is a tab with CONTACT on it, and there is a link to a formal casework form specifically regarding postal issues.
- USPS Help: Customers in need of assistance with mailing or shipping concerns may call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777), or visit their website at usps.com/help.
- Inspector General: The U.S.P.S. and its Office of Inspector General can be reached at 1-888-USPS-OIG or at www.uspsoig.gov.
