Todd C. Barry, 50 of North Port, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2016. He was born on April 7, 1966 in Harvey, Illinois. Todd loved the Atlanta Falcons and was known for his humor and contagious laughter.

GIFT Tournament returns on Tuesday, Nov. 22

Now is the time to sign up for the 2016 Gasparilla Island Flyfishing Tournament, which will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 22, sponsored by Gasparilla Outfitters, SunTech Builders, LLC and the Boca Grande Area Chamber of Commerce. At 9 a.m. boats will depart from the Pink Docks. The entry fee is $300 per two-angler team.
