Raymond Pernelle Hughes III, 22, of Gastonia, passed away Saturday, Dec. 7, 2019, at his home. He was born on August 6, 1997 in New Haven County, Conn., the son of Raymond Pernelle Hughes II and Amalia Marie Juliano.
