All you need to know about our Boca Grande Halloween festivities

antique_halloween-outfitToday is the last day to bring candy to the Boca Grande Community Center for the annual Halloween Carnival, which will be held on Saturday, Oct. 29 from 1 to 3 p.m.
Please bring one bag of individually-wrapped soft candy for each child you will be bringing.
All cakes for the annual Halloween Carnival Cake Walk need to be dropped off between 9 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 29. Carved pumpkins for the pumpkin carving contest need to be dropped off on Saturday by 12:30 p.m.
Volunteers for helping to set up the carnival are needed! Call Joe or David at the Community Center, 964-2564, for more information.
Registration for the costume contest on Saturday will be held from 12:30 to 12:50 p.m. See chart at right for age groups. The costume contest will begin promptly at 1 p.m. so be there early.
Categories for the costume contest include ages o to 3, 4 to 5, 6 to 8, 9 to 12 and the Family/Group category.
The Boca Grande Area Chamber of Commerce Halloween Walk will be held on Halloween from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. in downtown businesses.
