We are proud to unveil our brand new “Charlotte County Records” website, a robust and easy to use online system which allows you to search and view County documents from 1921-present.
Charlotte County citizens will be able to research the following Charlotte County Records from the comfort of their home, on any smart-phone, tablet, or computer:
• Agreements
• Board of County Commissioners’ agendas and finalized minutes
• Grants
• Ordinances
• Resolutions
• Street Vacations
•Charter Review Commission Meetings
Charlotte County citizens will be able to research the following Charlotte County Records from the comfort of their home, on any smart-phone, tablet, or computer:

This new County Records website joins a long list
of new, enhanced, and convenient websites brought to you by the Charlotte County Clerk of Court’s office in the last four (4) years. In 2017 we introduced Jury Services, in 2018 we went online with Marriage Services, and in 2019 we revamped and modern- ized our Main Website and also updated our Official Records website.
Our goal is, and will remain, getting you the in- formation you need faster, easier, and more conve- niently than ever before.
