The Christmas season is upon us, and the island will be celebrating in many ways.
On Christmas Eve, the Crowninshield House celebration will be held at 6:30 p.m. There’s a new tradition this year: Wear your PJs or come as you are.
At the Boca Grande First Baptist Church, services will be held at 5 p.m. on Christmas Eve.
At Our Lady of Mercy, the Christmas Pageant will be held at 4:30 p.m. in the church courtyard, and Vigil Mass will be held at 5 p.m. Christmas Eve Mass will be held at 10 p.m. Mass on Christmas Day will be at 9 and 10:30 a.m.
St. Andrew’s Church has the following services for the Christmas holiday:
Christmas Eve, Thursday, Dec. 24
4 p.m. – Family Service
7:30 p.m. – Hymn & Carol Sing
8 p.m. – Candlelight Service
Christmas Day, Friday, Dec. 25
9:30am – Holy Eucharist
All are welcome to attend.
The Lighthouse United Methodist Church’s Christmas Eve service schedule is as follows:
5 p.m. – Family Service with Children’s Pageant
7 p.m. and 9 p.m. – Candlelight Communion Services
