Liz Eastes is a Marine Environmental Specialist with Charlotte County and will be giving a lecture on the Blueway Trails of Charlotte County, and artificial reefs on Friday, Jan. 9 from 10:30 a.m. to noon at Cedar Point Environmental Park.
