Historic Preservation Board approves public hearing for Gilchrist property

A small, neglected cottage on Gilchrist Avenue got a lot of attention this Wednesday at the March 8 Boca Grande Historic Preservation Board meeting, as the current owner of the property wishes to have its status changed from contributing to non-contributing in order to tear it down.
