Stolen vehicle, domestic battery arrest on Sheriff’s Office docket

Lee County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a call of a stolen vehicle at the Pink Elephant, at the corner of 5th Street and Bayou, on December 28 at approximately 7 p.m.
According to reports, the complainant said he parked his vehicle at The Pink Elephant around 5:30 p.m. for dinner, but when he left the restaurant the vehicle was gone. The keys were left in the vehicle.
The description of the vehicle was redacted in the report, but it is valued at approximately $40,000. It has still not been found.
On Tuesday, Dec. 25 just after midnight, Sheriff’s deputies responded to a domestic violence call in the 3500 block of Gasparilla Road. According to reports, there was conflicting information as to what was going on, but the bottom line was that family members were fighting.
One of the family members, Trevor Johnson, 19, of Phoenixville, Pa., was arrested for battery and transported to Lee County Jail for processing. He was released the next day with a trial date of January 22.
