To the Editor: I would like to commend Gray Indelicato’s Opinion: “Golf Carts: Don’t blame the operator, etc.”,  was brilliant.  His observation of irresponsibility is not age related, was wise beyond his years.  K. Y. Futch Boca Grande & Punta Gorda
