Lane Hartle 1936 – 2026

Lane Hartle passed away in Sarasota on May 26, 2026. She was born in 1936 in Warsaw, Indiana. She attended schools in Warsaw and graduated from Sarasota High School. Lane attended Tulane University’s Newcomb College. She married Horace A. Norrell, Jr. in 1956, and moved to Sarasota in 1972. She married Hal M. Hartle in 1988. They resided in Boca Grande, Sarasota, and Warsaw, Indiana. Lane is survived by her husband Hal Hartle, sons Mark Norrell of Bloomington, Indiana (Susan), and Clifton Norrell of Malibu, California (Michelle), four grandchildren, and daughter-in-law Brenda Colonius. She was predeceased by her son Craig Norrell.

Burial will take place at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. The family requests no flowers.
