Tamie brings a rare combination of engineering precision, analytical problem solving and genuine personal warmth to her real estate practice which makes her exceptionally well suited to Boca Grande’s luxury real estate market. Throughout her career in aerospace and medical device engineering, she built a reputation for solving complex problems, managing intricate projects and delivering results with accuracy and care.
Originally from upstate New York, Tamie earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology before transitioning into engineering. She held quality and process engineering leadership roles with Sikorsky Aircraft, Northrop Grumman, AgustaWestland, Arthrex and Olympus, where she collaborated globally with multidisciplinary teams to bring highly regulated products from concept to market while meeting rigorous international quality standards.
A Boca Grande resident for the past four years, Tamie became part of the island community after meeting her fiancé, Dr. Bret Kueber, a respected physician who has served Boca Grande. Together they enjoy the unique lifestyle and close-knit community that make the island such a special place to call home.
Known for her exceptional research skills, meticulous attention to detail and calm, solutions-oriented approach, Tamie is committed to helping buyers and sellers navigate every step of the transaction with confidence. Outside of real estate, Tamie is an avid animal lover and advocate who enjoys life on the island with her dogs and cat. She embraces Boca Grande’s outdoor lifestyle – biking, running, pickleball, friends, frequenting the dog park, and loves scuba diving, boating, traveling and relaxing along the island’s pristine beaches.
