Charlotte Appraiser reminder for business, rental owners

The Charlotte County Property Appraiser reminds business and rental property owners the deadline for filing the 2024 Tangible Personal Property Tax Return in April 1, 2024. A return must be filed by April 1 to receive the up to $25,000 Tangible Exemption.

However, if a blue postcard was received, filing the return has been waived, unless additional assets obtained since your last filing results in a total value exceeding $25,000.
