Photo Release
I represent that I am the sole creator of each photo and does not infringe any other person’s copyrights or rights of literary property, nor do they violate the rights of privacy of, or libel, other persons. I understand that the photos that I submit are done so voluntarily. I grant to Hopkins & Daughter, Inc, the right to publish submitted photos. Copyright notice in the name of the Company shall accompany the story when published. Authorship credit in the form of a byline in my name shall accompany the photo when published. Permission to release photo to other sources is at the sole discretion of the Publisher. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims, judgments, court costs, attorney’s fees, and other expenses arising from any alleged or actual breach of this warranty.
