According to Capt. Waylon Mills, president of the Boca Grande Fishing Guides Association, Capt. Chad Bombenger will receive the 2021 Jay Joiner Memorial Belt Buckle. Bombenger had seven releases this season during the qualifying tournaments. Details for the presentation and party have not been announced yet, but congratulations to Capt. Chad!
