Children’s programs will continue with ‘Friends’ at the helm

 

BY MARCY SHORTUSE - The Friends of Boca Grande Community Center have announced that they will continue the children’s programs they have already been hosting, including the after-school program and the Munchkins Program.

Bike parade, Woman’s Club Fair on Saturday

 

Read more...Lots of red, white and blue will be found on the bike path this Saturday, March 17, for the annual Boca Grande Bike Parade, sponsored by Lee County Parks and Recreation.

The theme for both the bike parade and the fair to follow is “Grande Olde Flag.”

Krüger Brothers to perform with local symphony

 

The Kruger Brothers and members of the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra will perform a special concert at the Boca Grande Community Center Auditorium on Monday, April 2 at 7 p.m.

This is expected to be a sold-out concert.
