Mona (Grover) Perkins, 72, of Englewood passed away on Thursday, Oct. 20, 2011.
She was born December 27, 1938 in Concord N.H. to William S. and Elizabeth (Spencer) Grover.
Mona was an UNH Alumni, a former real estate agent, broker and owner, as well as a lifelong artist and special friend to many.
Mona resided in York and Maine, and finally moved to Englewood 12 years ago.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Lynwood Fiske Perkins, Sr.
She is survived by: her brother, William Albert Grover (Jeanne); children, Lynwood (Sonny) F. Perkins, Jr., Donna Perkins, Tara L. Hume (Russell), Beth Perkins, Brian A. Perkins and Melissa B. Perkins; grandchildren, Nicholas F. Perkins, Mason A. Perkins, Brandon Perkins, Melanie C. Stevens (Sean), Brandon Hume, Colin Hume, Tyler Perkins, Zachary Perkins, Lehman C. Norman, Ella, William, and Lulu.
Mona also left behind a special dog, Uncle Chubbers.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Green Street Church, 416 W. Green St., Englewood on Sunday, Oct. 30, at 2 p.m.
