Letter to the Editor: Reader agrees with electronic speed sign letter

To the Editor:

I’m in agreement with Becky, regarding the electronic speed indicater on Gasparilla Road. First, it’s ugly; 2nd, it is in constant broken status; 3rd, it smacks of “Big Brother.”

And, in reference to the osprey pole that is tilted, why not spend $38,000 to fix it, not remove it? Delores is a pro-nature person! I’m baffled. Maybe, I don’t have all the facts. Spend to fix, not remove.
