To the Editor:
It’s been two years now, and I was just wondering: Are all of you satisfied with your Comcast service? I, for one, am not.
I am still dealing with almost daily pixilation, sketchy picture and voices. I’ve got two years of receipts of tech after tech climbing up poles, tinkering around, an occasional line replaced and endless excuses and more broken promises of “it should be working fine now.”
I am paying $178 a month for what I would describe as part-time service.
And what is this new XFINITY deal anyway? Seems since this new thing showed up on my bills, my service has been more jacked up than usual. Is Comcast living up to their promises on TV, or are we just getting the wool pulled over our eyes again? Am I alone in this, neighbors?
