Chorale singers’ Spring Concert March 23 – get tickets now

The Boca Grande Chorale is holding its annual Spring Concert on Saturday, March 23,  beginning promptly at 3 p.m., to be held at the Lighthouse United Methodist Church in Boca Grande.  

The chorale is again under the direction of Dr. Sarah Rideout Slight who took a year off to have some surgery but is back with the Chorale with renewed vigor.

The group will be accompanied by pianist Suzanne Berndt on some songs, but the bulk of the performance will be sung a cappella.

The members of the Chorale are all area residents and you will recognize most of them from previous performances. Linda Rollyson, Carol Elwood, Ross Witschonke and Sarah Slight will all perform solos.

There will be a barbershop quartet featuring Jim Sullivan, Dan Headington, Linda Aley and Stan Ikenberry, with selections from “South Pacific” to round out the show.
