Boca Bargains is looking everywhere and anywhere for donations for their thrift shop. While they are off to an outstanding start of the season as a result of the generosity of the community, they are running low on particular items.

Those items include small furniture pieces, linens, towels, accessories, blouses, decorative household items and jewelry. They also need paper shopping bags with handles.

Don’t forget, handmade card table covers with borders from the south of France and England are available for order through the Boca Grande Woman’s Club, and choices can be viewed at the Boca Bargain’s annex.

Donations will be accepted Monday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings between 9 and 11 a.m.

All proceeds from the store go toward scholarships and island organizations, so please remember them when you’re cleaning out your closets.
