Lit Forum to hold meeting in November

STAFF REPORT - Because of a scheduling conflict, Literature Forum has changed the date of the presentation of the book “The Things They Carried” to Tuesday, Nov. 20.  

This memoir-novel of the experiences of author Tim O’Brien during and after his service in the Vietnam War is certain to provoke a lively discussion fraught with emotional, intellectual, and personal, moral values.  

The presentation and discussion will be in the hands of Literature Forum’s leaders Pat Carey, David Jenkins and Tim Yonker.

All are invited to the Woman’s Club Room of the Community Center at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 20 for this  monthly event.  

The Forum will not be meeting on November 8.
