Bob Arcan of BNT Liquors is the big winner. He was one of 1,847 people that returned the survey.

There were also 158 people who sent the form in but chose not to provide any contact information, so they were excluded from the contest. An additional 63 respondents entered more than once and were disqualified. The winner was chosen using a true random-number generator from the remaining 1,626 respondents.

Jim Cooper, GIBA’s executive director, said that Bob was pleased. “He drives over to Boca Grande quite frequently, so he really is excite,” he said. “ He told me this is the first time he has ever won anything.”
