Island artist takes prize for “New Growth”

Island artist Cecilia Jonsson- Bisset received the second place award for her watercolor titled “New Growth” at the Venice Art Center this past Friday, Nov. 18. The  exhibit is called “Member’s All Media Fall Show” and will be up until December 9, showing works by 148 Florida artists.
